SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
How long will it take to get my order?
We'll have most orders in the post within 48 hours after you place your order.
We ship every day except Sunday, we even ship on many public holidays.
We use DHL Express International for every shipment, that means 2-3 day shipping to the US & 2-4 days to almost everywhere else. Please note: Sundays & Holidays may slow down the progress of your order.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes, absolutely. We will update you with your DHL tracking number as soon as your order has shipped so that you can watch it every step of the way.
What about Rush Orders?
Some orders may take longer to ship, if you're in a rush please let us know by adding a note at checkout or contact us anytime & we'll do our best to make magic happen for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, absolutely. If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it for store credit!
How long do I have?
You've got 20 days from the date you placed your order to contacts us & provide us with your return's tracking number. We'll then issue you with a credit voucher for the value of your returned garment.
Sea Dragon Store Credit can be used towards anything you like including custom orders.
Your Credit voucher is good for 12 months from the date of issue.
Other Important Info
All postage costs are non-refundable & must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact us first, we'd love to help.
Once you have contacted us & and have our address you can send your order right back to us.
Sale items can not be returned.
If you have any problems with your order or believe you may have a faulty garments please contact us right away at email@example.com so we can fix you up right away.
