Our shipping is calculated at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of your parcel using DHL Express International.
We've included a handy shipping chart for you below to give you a better idea of what shipping to your area costs. All orders over $200 will qualify for free shipping automatically.
Our standard method of delivery is DHL Express International Global Couriers. DHL is the world leader in fast & efficient international shipping & we love with them for it!
- DHL delivers to most places worldwide within 3-5 business days.
- Neither we nor DHL can 100% guarantee the exact delivery date of your package, though we will always do our best.
- Depending on your order we may require 1 or more days to make and/or prepare your order.
- If your order is a RUSH ORDER or if you need it for a specific date please leave us a note at checkout & we'll do our very best to accommodate your sparkly needs.

Please Note: We don’t charge sales tax for international retail orders. Each customer is responsible for all sales or customs taxes, on orders shipped internationally.
Exchanges? You got it!
At Sea Dragon Studio we want you to be happy! That's why we've made our exchange policy really easy.
If your order doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchnage it for store credit.
- You have 20 days from the date of your order to send it back for exchange/store credit if it's not quite right for you.
- If you'd like to make an exchange, please just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will provide you with a return address closest to you. Once shipped, you can send us a pic the shipping receipt or tracking number & we will issue you a store credit for the value of your returned items to use to place a new order for anything you might like.
- Because we make most items to order we can not process refunds.
- All postage costs are non-refundable & must be covered by the customer.
- If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact us first, we'd love to help.
- Once you have contacted us & and have our address you can send your order right back to us.
- Sale items, cosmetics, glitter, pasties & hosiery are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you have any problems with your order or believe you may have a faulty garment please CONTACT US at email@example.com so we can fix you up right away.
We do not issue refunds except in cases where the good arrives damaged due to fault of manufacturing.
