Free International Shipping On Orders Over $300 USD

How we ship

  • All orders ship via DHL Express International from our studio direct to your door.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once your order leaves our studio.
  • All orders ship Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) worldwide, meaning import duties and taxes are calculated and covered at checkout. No surprise fees at your door.
  • While we aim for accuracy, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit with DHL.

Production time

Every piece is handmade to order just for you. Please allow 1 to 5 days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Custom sizing or special requests may add a small amount of additional time, we'll keep you posted along the way.

Rush orders

Have a festival, wedding, or event coming up fast? Leave a note at checkout with your event date and we'll do everything possible to meet your timeline. If you'd like to confirm before ordering, reach out first and we'll let you know what's realistic.

Customs and duties

All Sea Dragon Studio orders ship DDP worldwide. This means import duties, taxes, and customs charges are calculated at checkout and covered by us. When your package arrives, there is nothing extra to pay.

In very rare cases, local customs authorities may still apply additional fees or hold a package for inspection. While this is highly unusual, Sea Dragon Studio is not responsible for unexpected inspection delays, or clearance issues once the package is in transit.

On delivery day

Once your order is shipped, please keep an eye on your DHL tracking and be available to receive your package. Delivery responsibility, uncollected packages, and refused deliveries are covered in full detail on our Exchanges page.
