Exchanges
Exchanges? You got it!
At Sea Dragon Studio we want you to be happy! That's why we've made our exchange policy really easy.Β
If your order doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchnage it for store credit.
- You have 20 days from the date of your order to send it back for exchange/store credit if it's not quite right for you.
- If you'd like to make an exchange, please just send us an email at info@seadragonstudio.com & we will provide you with a return address closest to you. Once shipped, you canΒ send us a pic theΒ shipping receipt or tracking numberΒ & we will issue you a store credit for the value of your returned items to use to place a new order for anything you might like.
- Because we make most items to order weΒ canΒ not processΒ refunds.Β
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- All postage costs are non-refundable & must be covered by the customer.

- Once you have contacted us & and have our address you can send your order right back to us.

- Please note that orders that are not followed up on by the customer, once contacted by DHL will be considered completed orders. The customer is responsible for communicating with DHL or delivery company once the package has reached the delivery city. Sea Dragon Studio can not accept return to sender packages and is not liable for uncollected orders.Β
REFUNDS:
We do not issue refunds except in cases where the good arrives damaged due to fault of manufacturing.
