How long will it take to get my order? 

We'll have most orders in the mail within 48 hours after you place your order. We use DHL Express International for every shipment, that means 2-3 day shipping to the US & 2-4 days to almost everywhere else.

We ship every day except Sunday, we even ship on many public holidays. 

Please note: Sundays & Holidays may slow down the progress of your order.

Will my order be tracked? 

Yes, absolutely. We will update you with your DHL tracking number as soon as your order has shipped so that you can watch it every step of the way. 

What about Rush Orders?

If you're in a rush please let us know by adding a note at checkout and/or CONTACT US anytime & we'll do our best to make magic happen for you.

How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping is calculated at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of your parcel. All orders over $250 will qualify for shipping automatically.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, absolutely. If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it for store credit which you can use towards another size or anything else you might like.

Please note: Hosiery, Cosmetics, Glitter, Eyewear & sale items are not eligible for exchange. 

How do I submit an exchange request?

Please send us an email at info@seadragonstudio.com with your order number & a note explaining which items you would like to return. We will then provide you with an address for exchange closest to you. 

How long do I have to submit my exchange?

You've got 20 days from the date you placed your order to contacts us & provide us with your return's tracking number. We'll then issue you with a credit voucher for the value of your returned garment.

Sea Dragon Store Credit can be used towards anything you like including custom orders. Your Credit voucher is good for 12 months from the date of issue.

Postage Costs

All postage costs are non-refundable & must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

 

SIZING

If you are unsure about which size to order, you can select 'Custom Size Request' from the size drop down and add a note at checkout for us with your approximate measurements (chest/waist/hips) dress or jeans size and height and we would be happy to help you select the perfect size. You can also CONTACT US anytime with any questions regarding sizing.  If you have any problems with your order or believe you may have a faulty garments please let us know right away at info@seadragonstudio.com so that we can fix you up right away.
