Aerialists Sizzle in Sea Dragon at Coachella 2019
Our aerial festival friends, The Furies LA, had so many moments to shine at Coachella — they were repping pretty hard at the DoLab Woogie Stage over both weekends. DoLab are on a mission to design, build, and nurture festivals experiences that inspire authentic connections to ourselves, community and the environment, and have become an annual highlight of Coachella. They consistently wow crowds with their selection of artists, and this year was no exception. This year featured performances from Dom Dolla, Dombresky, Walker & Royce and Ardalan, The Floozies, Mr. Carmack, Dance Spirit, and Pete Tong it was a jam-packed, incredible lineup — with The Furies taking to the air on lyra, sling and fabric right over the crowd. Plus, it was the perfect place to show off the wild new range of snakey, holographic, festival styles we released earlier this year! This dazzling, aerial dancing duo were in matching red one shoulder bodysuits for an awesome Sunday Funday. The sun was shining and so were they.
As Alt-J once said, "Triangles are my favorite shape." @iloveewoks was rocking this particular triangle in her aerial act — and her beaut one shoulder bodysuit in Galactic Glacier.
@kitcatkatelyn was loving that lyra and sparkling in our Veronica Bodysuit, with matching Gold Rush Thigh High Socks and Gold Rush Armlets. We think we know where the smoke was coming from! 🔥 🔥 🔥
@iloveewoks was busting out those drops during her aerial performance, in more shimmering gold on the sling while Stavroz played the sun down.
Scarlett even got snapped wearing our halter neck Veronica Bodysuit for a feature in Press Enterprise, showing us that aerial costumes work on the ground too.
