Shipping & Delivery

• FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders over $300 (automatically applied at checkout).

• Shipping is calculated at checkout by DHL Express International, based on your location and parcel weight.

• All orders ship Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) worldwide — meaning duties and taxes are calculated and covered at checkout.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via DHL Express. While we aim for accuracy, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

• Each piece is handmade to order and may require 1–2 days to prepare before shipment.

• For rush orders, leave a note at checkout, we’ll do everything possible to meet your timeline.

• Please Note: In very rare cases, local customs may still apply additional fees. While this is highly unusual, please note that Sea Dragon Studio is not responsible for any unexpected import charges or delays once the package is in transit.

Exchanges

At Sea Dragon Studio we want you to be happy! Love doesn’t always fit, but we’ve made exchanges easy.

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered and we’re happy to help with & exchanges If your order doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchange it for store credit.

• You have 20 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

• Email us at info@seadragonstudio.com to receive your nearest Sea Dragon exchange point.

• Share a photo of your tracking info or receipt, then return your item.

• We’ll issue store credit (excluding original shipping), valid for 12 months.

• Use that credit to select a new size, color, or style, shipping, duties, and taxes will be recalculated at checkout. All new orders ship DDP.

• Our studio works directly with you to offer custom sizing or styling tweaks, that personalized touch is part of the magic.

• If your garment feels a bit too small or tight at first, we always recommend wearing your item around the house for 20–30 minutes before deciding to exchange, all of our stretch fabrics relax up to 10% with wear which is enough to feel perfect for most people.

  If the fit still isn’t right, or if you’d prefer a different style, we’re happy to suggest alternatives or offer custom sizing at no extra cost.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable and refunded only via store credit if applicable.

• Unsure about sizing? Reach out before purchasing, we’re here to help.

• Final sale: Sale items, cosmetics, glitter, pasties, hosiery, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items must be unworn & unwashed.

• If your item is defective or incorrect, email us right away and we’ll make it right.

• If DHL marks an order as “uncollected,” it is considered fulfilled, Sea Dragon is not liable for returned or unclaimed packages.

Refunds

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, except when an item arrives damaged due to manufacturing error. In that case, we’ll always work to fix it for you.

As a small, independent label, each Sea Dragon piece is handmade to order just for you which means we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations in most cases.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll absolutely make it right. We’re also more than happy to work with you on exchanges, sizing tweaks, or alternative styles to help you get the perfect fit. Just reach out, we’re here to help.
